QMRI works with public sectors health care providers such as public hospitals and research centres to address any of their needs in Medical Imaging Informatics and Teleradiology (MIIT) needs such as procurements of diagnostic imaging modalities, installation and connectivity.

Private Sector
QMRI works with private health care providers such as Independent Healthcare Facilities (IHF) to address any of their needs in procuring medical diagnostic imaging modalities, installation of these modalities and connectivity issues involving MIIT, PACS, RIS, CR, DR.

R&D MRI Centres for Educators and Research Groups
QMRI offers the use of its MRI facilities and centres in Canada and the USA, in the evening and weekends, for small and large MRI Research Projects involving f-MRI, Clinical Trials, MS-MRI, Breast MRI, Prostate MRI, Psychological Studies and Psychiatric Studies.

Sports Medicine
QMRI is especially concerned with rise of head injuries involving concussions and is planning to work with both public and private sectors to develop MRI protocols, procedures and policies to deal with this alarmingly increasing problem.
